The importance of Athletics

We value health and exercise at GHA, which is why we are proud supporters of the athletics.

When our students participate in sports, they form positive, long-lasting habits that encourage good health. We believe that active students are happy students.

When our students have the opportunity to be part of a team, they learn more than how to score points. They learn what it means to work together towards a common goal. We believe that sports are an excellent educational tool that teaches students how to overcome adversity and persevere in difficult situations.

Student athletes gain first-hand experience of how to win and lose gracefully, and GHA always promotes good sportsmanship in all of our athletic offerings.
