New Family Enrollment

Gospel Haven Academy admissions procedure for new families

  1. Parents/student: Read the School Handbook and review it with your student(s).
  2. Before completing your application/enrollment here call the school office at 330-674-0752.
  3. For students entering grades 1-12, complete and sign the Student Record Release.
  4. For students entering Preschool or Kindergarten, please remit the following to the school office:
      • copy of the student’s birth certificate
      • A copy of the student’s immunization record (if available)
  5. For students who have been homeschooled please remit the following to the school office:
      • A copy of the student’s birth certificate
      • A copy of the student’s immunization record (if available)
      • A copy of the student’s grade reports
  6. Before your application is considered complete, please remit the $80 application fee to the school office. The fee is per family, not per student.
  7. The administration will contact you to arrange a school visit.
  8. After the application is reviewed and a decision is made, the principal will notify the parents of acceptance/denial of admission.

Due to the high demand for exceptional, Christian education, we have limited “seats” available for new patrons. Our core constituents from Gospel Haven Church, alumni, and current patrons will receive priority consideration for available “seats.” We will consider nonpriority applications if we have remaining “seats.”

  • Return in student’s communication envelope.
  • Mail to Gospel Haven Academy, 6871 SR 241 Millersburg, OH 44654.
  • Place in the school’s mailbox in church foyer mailboxes (far right)
