Steps for Returning Family Enrollment

- To re-enroll your child/ren, you will need your family’s Sycamore username, password, and school ID number.
- Please contact the school office at 330-674-0752 if you need your password reset, the school ID number, or if you are having any technical difficulty.
- Once you have that code, simply click here to start your re-enrollment (if you have any new students in your family you’d like to register, you can add them during your re-enrollment).
- If you are a returning family and have a new student in grades 1-12, please print, complete, and remit to the school office the student records release for your new student(s). This is found in the attachments part of your application.
- If you are a returning family and have a new student in Preschool or Kindergarten, please remit the following:

- A copy of your child’s birth certificate
- A copy of your child’s immunization record (if available)

- If You are a returning family and have a new student that was homeschooled, please remit the following:

- A copy of your child’s grade reports

- Before your application is considered complete, please remit the $60 application fee to the school office. The fee is per family, not per student. If you do not turn in your fee by March 1, we will bill you.

- Place in the school’s mailbox in church foyer mailboxes (far right)
